Glen Alex is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, author of the 5x award-winning Living In Total Health, host of the 2x award-winning podcast The Glen Alex Show, Marquis Who's Who Inductee, and Mental Health Educator of the Year 2025 (USA).

Glen's mission is to help people be more joyful, connected, confident and complete. This is a life experience she refers to as Wellth, which is health + other riches in life.

Glen provides psychotherapy, counseling, and coaching services. She also is a Burnalong Instructor, 2023 USTA Champion of Equality, and RSPA/USPTA tennis instructor.
